I wasn't happy with my Shepard not being able to show any emotion whatsoever after playing Arrival.
My Shepard grew up on the slums of Earth and that made her thick-skinned and she's not very emotional, but really, sacrificing 300 000 Batarians by destroying the Mass Relay is not a choice she made easily.
